The rules of the road.

These terms apply to every Harness Health surface — co-op.care, SurgeonValue, ComfortCard, SolvingHealth, chanio, Fill Forward, Sh-Room, SweatSciences, and the rest. Brand-specific terms (membership agreements, cooperative bylaws, surgeon enterprise contracts) extend these.

The basics

By using any Harness Health website, app, MCP connector, or service, you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use the service.

What we are

Harness Health is a stack of physician-governed, user-owned health products built on top of Claude (Anthropic's LLM) with hard-intercept attestation architecture. We are not a hospital, an insurer, a pharmacy, or a medical group. Where clinical attestation is involved, a named licensed physician (currently Josh Emdur DO, 50-state licensed) signs the relevant artifact.

What you can do

• Use the public-facing parts of any site without an account.
• Create an account on any surface to access personalized features.
• Connect the MCP connector to your Claude Desktop / Web / Code instance.
• Bring your own data (clinical records, EHR exports, insurance docs) for the agents to work on.

What you can't do

• Reverse-engineer the harness to bypass the hard-intercept attestation.
• Use the service to make autonomous medical decisions for someone else without their consent.
• Claim physician credentialing you don't have.
• Scrape, mass-extract, or use the service to build a competing product without a license agreement.

Medical disclaimers

Nothing on these surfaces is a substitute for a licensed physician's clinical judgment. The agents draft; physicians attest. Any artifact produced by the agents (LMNs, prior-auth letters, patient communications) is reviewable and revisable by the responsible physician before it leaves the system.

Payment

Some surfaces are free (Fill Forward, the public sites). Some are paid (co-op.care membership, SurgeonValue subscriptions, ComfortCard premium). Each paid surface has its own pricing page and payment terms. Refunds: 30-day no-questions-asked for new memberships; pro-rated for annual.

Termination

You can close your account anytime. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where possible.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We make no warranties beyond what's stated in writing.

Governing law

Colorado law. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in Boulder, CO, except for small claims and IP disputes.
