Status
What is live, in numbers.
What is not, in words.
Read at page load from the same stores the product uses, refreshed every five minutes. If a number reads “unavailable,” the store did not answer and we say so rather than cache a flattering one. Deployed commit 06e6f92, rendered 2026-10-08 17:15 UTC.
Live
Signed with Ed25519 at /live and /dashboard and stored in the shared registry. Demonstrations, not production reviews — the count is what it is.
Sign one yourself →hashcare.com publishes a daily root over every anchored hash and countersigns it. Small is the honest number; anyone can recompute it.
The root, today →Synthetic calibration cases only. The production review queue is in pilot on ClinicalSwipe; no production case has been reviewed here.
Open the reviewer app →A profile is claimed when an NPI is verified against the CMS registry and bound to a browser-held signing key. Test rows are excluded. Every U.S. physician still renders live from NPPES.
The directory →Not live yet
Business Associate Agreement
Offered to qualifying covered entities. Nothing with patient data starts until one is.
Production reviews
Zero. The sandbox is open; production terms are set in a pilot and follow a BAA.
SMS check-ins
Not enabled. The patient check-in page keeps scores on the device.
EHR integration
Designed, not built. The Redox sandbox loop on SurgeonValue is the only connector running in the ecosystem.
Authority-consumption ceiling
Designed, not enforced in the sandbox.
The full compliance matrix is on /trust/hipaa. The canonical statements an AI agent may make about this site are in llms.txt.
The way these numbers grow is one output at a time, through the sandbox and then a pilot.
